1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel placed orders within 2 hours by:
Logging into their account and requesting cancellation, or
Contacting our support team via email (spayagc@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+918450007614).
Orders canceled within the allowed time frame will receive a full refund via the original payment method.
Orders canceled after 2 hours are subject to restocking, depending on shipping status.
2. Easy Cancellation with No Fees
Cancellation before dispatch: ₹0 fee, full refund.
Once the order is shipped: cancellation is not possible through the system, but you may:

3. Return Policy
You can return items within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
Visit My Orders → Request Return, or contact support.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
After receiving the item, we’ll process your return within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved returns: expect reimbursement within 7–10 business days from approval time.
Refund Method:
Card/UPI/Net Banking → Original payment channel
COD orders → Store credit voucher or bank transfer, as requested
5. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale goods: undergarments, swimwear, accessories (due to hygiene/safety).
Personalized or made-to-order items.
6. Defective or Incorrect ItemsNon-Returnable Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 3 days with photos and order details.
We’ll offer full refunds, replacements, or store credit — and cover shipping costs for returns.
Replacement (if available) ships within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
